We have a 30-day refund and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Replacements
To request a refund or replacement, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos as evidence of the defective or damaged product(s). Please also include your order number along with proof of purchase.
**Replacements and refunds are not available due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes (because sizing charts are included for each product listing), designs, colors, etc.**
Once we receive and inspect your refund/replacement request, we will respond to you within 24 hours to let you know if your request was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Replacements will be sent immediately upon approval at no additional charge and will arrive within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that damaged, unused candles must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt - a photo image must be included as proof.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to our current business structure, we do not currently offer exchanges or returns. If an item received is damaged or defective, you have the option to request a refund or have a replacement sent to you at no additional cost.
